CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.

As an independent service provider I work extremely hard to manage my diary to ensure that all clients receive a professional experience.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule then please do so with more than 24 hours notice, or ideally as much notice as possible, as this allows me time to offer that appointment to other clients.

APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE (AND NO-SHOWS) WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE.

WHY IS THERE A CANCELLATION CHARGE?

I pride myself on being on time, with the treatment room freshly prepared and ready for you. Every appointment has a reserved time slot to guarantee my availability to prepare for, and provide, your required treatment to a professional standard and I will have often turned away other clients to ensure this time is reserved for you.

When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice this leaves a gap in my diary for both the appointment and preparation time, which unfortunately is impossible to fill in less than 24 hours as I am often seeing clients during this time.

I have therefore decided that cancellation or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of an appointment (and no-shows) will incur a 50% charge to cover this.

I AM RESCHEDULING FOR ANOTHER TIME, DOES THIS STILL APPLY?

As long as you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment it’s fine.

However if your appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice then the 50% charge will still apply as unfortunately it’s too short notice to find another client for that time slot.
